Research Abstract

農業生産上重要な4病害(ウリ類ホモプシス根腐病および黒点根腐病, キュウリうどんこ病, リンゴ紫紋羽病)について, 発生抑制に関わる土着の微生物集団(ギルド)の調査を行った。得られた結果の中で, 特にリンゴ紫紋羽病がまん延した微生物群集はリンゴ園内とその周辺部で似通っていたが, 健全土壌の土壌微生物群集はリンゴ園内と周辺部で大きく異なっていることが判明し, 病原菌の抑制には土着の微生物集団の構造的変化を伴うことが示唆された。
