Research Abstract

超高圧反応条件を用いた有機合成反応は常圧では進行しない反応への応用が主であった。本研究では、一般的な反応に超高圧反応条件を適応することにより、その汎用性の拡張をめざした。保護基の導入および除去反応、エステル化やアミド化反応に超高圧条件を適応した結果、反応の進行には圧力依存性があること、および溶媒の選択が重要であることが明らかになった。また、ペプチド合成において反応試薬の軽減も可能なことを確認した。以上のことより、超高圧反応条件は、反応時間の短縮や効率化以外にも、試薬の使用量の軽減といった観点からも有用な方法であることが示された。
