| Research Abstract |
地域飼料資源(イネ「チネリア・ママ」および枝豆茎葉残渣)の乳酸発酵飼料(サイレージ)の開発を目的として実施し,次の成果が得られた.イネ「チネリア・ママ」および枝豆茎葉残渣のサイレージは,実用化レベル(ロール調製)において,原材料由来乳酸菌培養液や糖蜜の添加による品質の改善が認められ,嗜好性も良く,イネ科牧草よりもウシのルーメン内消化性が良いことが確認され,反芻家畜の飼料として利用できることが明らかになった.
