Research Abstract

低コレステロール卵の生産と納豆飼料のニワトリ体内での作用機序との関係について検討した。その結果、低コレステロール化は、納豆中の不溶性成分に由来することが示唆された。また、同給与はニワトリのコレステロール合成系には影響を及ぼさず、コレステロールの輸送系に関わるapoVLDLIIの発現あるいは機能に影響を及ぼすことが示唆された。
