| Research Abstract |
犬の乳腺腫瘍細胞株に対して、我々が解析した犬の抗アポトーシス遺伝子の塩基配列をもとに設計したリボゾーム修飾RNAi(siRNA)を用いて細胞内のの抗アポトーシス遺伝子の発現を特異的に抑制することに成功した。その結果、腫瘍細胞株のアポトーシスが誘導され、腫瘍細胞の増殖が抑制されることが確認された。
