Research Abstract

世界的に注目されている疾病であるインフルエンザ、痴呆症および臓器移植時に使用する新規治療薬としての可能性がある天然物の全合成研究を行った。抗インフルエンザA ウイルス剤であるスタキフリン、痴呆症等の治療薬となりうるスキホスタチン、および免疫抑制剤であるカンデラリドA-C の計5種類の天然物において、世界に先駆けてこれらの初めての全合成を達成した。この研究結果は、新規治療薬の開発における基礎となる成果である。
