Research Abstract

これまでは,反応に使用した触媒のほとんどが廃棄されるしかなかった。しかし,フルオラス技術を触媒反応に応用することによって,環境に優しいリサイクル使用可能な不斉シクロプロパン化反応触媒を開発することに成功した。さらに,この不斉シクロプロパン化反応によって得られる各種合成中間体から2工程で,抗不整脈薬として知られるシベンゾリンおよび,その類縁体を合成することにも成功した。
