Research Abstract

二枚貝が有毒渦鞭毛藻を捕食して毒化すると食中毒を引き起こすことが知られている。その下痢毒性成分としてイタリアでムール貝から単離されたアドリアトキシンは10環性ポリエーテルである。本研究では、アドリアトキシンの構造活性相関の解明を目指して全合成研究を行った。また、食中毒シガテラの原因生物である有毒渦鞭毛藻が生産する8環性ポリ環状工ーテル神経毒ガンビエロールの合成研究も実施した。
