Research Abstract

新規テトラカチオン性ポルフィリン、pPy、pTm、mPy、mTm、TBzPyP3、及び無電荷のポルフィリンTBzPhP3 の合成を行った。そのカチオン性ポルフィリンとテロメア四重鎖DNA との相互作用について、紫外可視吸収、円二色性、蛍光、カロリメトリーによるインビトロ相互作用解析と、分子ドッキングや分子動力学シミュレーションによるインシリコ相互作用解析を行い、さらにテロメラーゼ阻害能と抗腫瘍細胞増殖能の評価を行った。新規に合成したものの中から、TMPyP4 に比べ著しく抗腫瘍細胞増殖能の高いカチオン性ポルフィリンが見つかった。
