Research Abstract

抗アルツハイマー病(AD)治療薬として承認され、欧米で使用されているメマンチン(1-アミノ-3,5-ジメチルアダマンタン)に着目し、アダマンタンの4つの橋頭位にアミノ基と複数のアルキル基を導入する反応を検討し、3つのアルキル基とアミノ基を導入したメマンチン誘導体の一般合成法を確立することができた。併せてアダマンタンの橋頭位にアミノ基、水酸基、ニトロ基などの導入法も検討した。
