Research Abstract

コラーゲンビトリゲル薄膜を培養担体とし、免疫担当細胞を含む新規な3次元培養ヒト皮膚モデルを開発した。このモデルに、皮膚感作性物質及び非感作性物質を暴露してサイトカイン放出量及び免疫担当細胞の表面抗原発現強度を測定して判定した結果、動物を用いたin vivo法での、皮膚感作性の評価結果と相関し、本法が皮膚感作性の動物実験代替法となり得ることが示唆された。
