Research Abstract

本研究では、lipopolysaccharide 投与による感染症ラットの薬の体内動態、薬効・副作用の非侵襲的予測システムの開発を目指し、末梢血リンパ球に着目した。その結果、感染症初期段階において、末梢血リンパ球中PXR mRNA発現量より回腸ABC トランスポーターmRNA発現変動および肝臓mrp2 mRNA発現変動を予測できる可能性および、末梢血リンパ球中PXR mRNA発現量から、感染症進行時における回腸・肝臓P-gpおよび肝臓mrp2機能変動を予測できる可能性が示された。
