Research Abstract

外分泌細胞として耳下腺を用い、アラキドン酸(AA)刺激時の細胞内Ca^(2+)濃度変動([Ca^(2+)]i)とプロテインフォスファターゼ(PPases)の関係を解析した。AA刺激によって[Ca^(2+)]i上昇を認めた。PPases抑制剤のカリキュリンAによって、AA誘発性Ca^(2+)流入が増強された。詳細な解析によって非興奮性細胞の耳下腺細胞でもプロテインキナーゼA(PKA)、Aキナーゼ結合タンパク(AKAP)とリアノジン受容体が大きな分子コンプレックスを形成していることが示唆された。
