Research Abstract

基礎状態において、AV3VのGABA神経は、A受容体(-R)を介して、ADH分泌を緊張的に抑えているが、この働きが弱まると、NMDA-Rや非NMDA-Rを介するGlu神経の作用が増大し、ADH分泌が刺激される。高浸透圧や低容量/低血圧環境に曝されると、AV3VのGABA神経の働きが衰え、それに伴って、Glu神経の働きが強まり、上記の向イオン性Glu-Rを介し、ADH分泌が刺激されると考えられる。
