Research Abstract

老化促進モデルマウス(SAM)P8系の離乳期にはじまる促進老化現象の原因を探るため行った組織タンパク質の解析から肝臓型脂肪酸結合タンパク質のアミノ酸配列に促進老化型P8系と正常老化型R1系マウスに違いがあること見出した。最終的にSAMP8の促進老化の原因の特定には至らなかったが、促進老化型P8系マウスは高脂肪餌に対する感受性が高い系統であり、老化や老化関連疾患の基礎研究に重要なモデル動物となり得る可能性が高いことが明らかになった。
