Research Abstract

長期発現ベクターpEBcにテロメラーゼサブユニットであるhTERT遺伝子を組み込み、血管内皮細胞に導入する事で、長期に遺伝子発現が維持され、強い抗老化、抗酸化ストレス作用を有する細胞を得た。またhTERT遺伝子が、テロメラーゼ活性の変化を介さずに、直接的に細胞接着因子の発現やNF-κB活性を上昇させ、抗アポトーシス効果を発揮している事が明らかとなった。
