Research Abstract

乳頭癌と未分化癌混在例について、RET 遺伝子の再構成とBRAF 遺伝子の突然変異を解析した。その結果、乳頭癌成分、未分化癌成分ともRET 遺伝子再構成は無く、BRAF 遺伝子は両成分で40%以上が検出された。さらに、2 例では、BRAF 遺伝子の突然変異は、乳頭癌成分にのみ認められた。以上より、RET 遺伝子再構成、とくにRET/PTC1 は乳頭癌から未分化癌へのプログレッションにはほとんど関係せず、BRAF 遺伝子の突然変異がプログレッションに重要な役割をもつ可能性が示唆された。
