Research Abstract

1)骨肉腫においてCXCR4発現は肺転移巣において増強していた。
2)悪性軟部腫瘍では非円形細胞腫瘍において高いCXCR4mRNA発現は予後不良因子であり、VEGF mRNAと相関関係を認めた。
3)横紋筋肉腫において胎児型ではCXCR4発現は予後不良因子となったが、胞巣型では予後に関与しなかった。胞巣型ではCXCR4とVEGF発現の相関を認めた。
4)類上皮肉腫においてCXCR4発現は近位型において有意に高頻度の発現をみとめさらに近位型のなかでもCXCR4発現例は有意に予後不良であった。
