Research Abstract

脂肪細胞の悪性腫瘍である高分化型脂肪肉腫や脱分化型脂肪肉腫で、CDK4 およびMDM2 遺伝子の高度の増幅が認められることを示した。この所見は、鑑別の対象となる悪性線維性組織球腫、血管筋脂肪腫などでは認められず、高分化型および脱分化型脂肪肉腫の病理診断に有用である。また異種成分を含む脱分化型脂肪肉腫でも同様の遺伝子異常がみられることを明らかにした。
