Research Abstract

がん組織における<がん間質相互作用>は、その成立・維持において重要な機能を担っている事が近年示唆されている。しかし、その分子的機構については未だ解明されていない点が多い。
そこで具体的研究対象として、がん悪性化の指標となっている分子(ラミニンなど)の浸潤先進部における発現が間質細胞からの誘導による< がん間質相互作用> によって惹起されうるという現象を利用しての研究を行った。この現象が培養細胞を利用した実験系で模倣可能であることから、間質細胞側の誘導分子の本体はどのようなもので有るのかについてスクリーニングを行って探索すると共に、発現誘導に影響を及ぼすようなどのような環境条件があるのかについての解析も行った。
