Research Abstract

ヒト正常皮膚繊維芽細胞(NHDF)とピロリ菌(HP)を混合培養し、ヒトDNAのメチル化(エピジェネティック変異)を検出したところ、HP混合でNHDFのメチル化(最大44%)・脱メチル化(同8%)が起こった。緑茶カテキンを混合培養系に添加すると脱メチル化方向に変化した。マイクロアレイを用いたところヒトのDNAメチル化酵素、ヒストン脱アセチル化酵素など重要遺伝子がHP混合でメチル化されることがわかった。
