Research Abstract |
'Candidatus Helicobacter heilmannii'株のマウス継代法を確立し、その16S rRNAとUrease遺伝子を解析した。ヒト胃内視鏡材料由来の継代HHLO株の解析から、殆どの株が'CandidatusH. heilmannii'type 1 に一致することを明らかにした。Type 1はH. suisとの同一性が明らかにされ、培養法も既に確立した。我々は'Candidatus H. heilmannii'type 1(即ちH. suis)でもtype 2でもない、新規の'Candidatus H. heilmannii'SH6 株を報告(J. Microbiol. 47(4) : 201-207, 2009)した。また、近縁のH. felis を供試菌株とし、至適ガス濃度と培養の温度および時間等の培養環境を、集落発生時期と集落サイズおよびspiral-formとcoccoid-form の比率等を検討し、研究目的に応じた最適な培養条件について提案(Microbiol.Immunol. 47(5) : 251-258, 2009)した。なお、新菌種と考えられるSH6株の16S rRNAおよびUrease 遺伝子は、NCBIおよびDDBJのDNA DataBankに登録した。 ◎ 16S rRNA gene sequence : Accession number AB462257 ◎ Urease gene sequence : Accession number AB462258
