Research Abstract |
冠動脈疾患患者のLDL中に含まれるスフィンゴシン1-リン酸(S1P)とリゾフォスファチジン酸(LPA)の量を測定し、また、LDLによる血管平滑筋細胞の遊走反応を調べ、脂質分子バランスと平滑筋細胞の遊走反応との関係を検討した。基礎的検討において、LPAはLPA1受容体を介して血管平滑筋細胞の遊走活性を促進し、S1PはS1P2受容体を介して血管平滑筋細胞の遊走活性を抑制することを見出した。
