Research Abstract

薬物代謝酵素の活性の個人差として、従来より大規模に解析されたきた一塩基多型ではなく、研究開始当時報告された遺伝子のコピー数の多型(CNV)に注目し解析法の開発を行った。Real-time PCRによる方法では、各サンプルにつきn=4で測定することでCNVを判的できることを示した。また、GeneChipを用いると、ゲノムDNAだけでなくmRNAを用いてもCNVを検出できる可能性を示唆するデータを得た。
