Research Abstract

平成2004年度に無作為化比較対照研究による生活習慣の介入を行い、介入群は対照群と比較して、歩数の増加と黄緑色野菜の増加を認められた。これらの対象を2年間追跡し、医療費の指標を比較した。ベースラインと1年後のデータが揃っていた87名を対象とし、介入前2年間と介入後2年間の比較を介入群と対照群で行った。入院件数、外来件数、歯科件数、入院日数、外来日数、歯科日数、入院医療費、外来医療費、歯科医療費、処方医療費、総医療費において両群に有意な差を認めなかった。
