| Research Abstract |
地域における医師の糖尿病患者における目標値の設定にはその医師の専門性などが影響し、患者の血糖コントロ-ルに影響していた。また、治療判断においては、患者の状況を考えた上で、チ-ム医療の推進のために医師、看護師、患者の考え方の違いを理解し、よい協働関係を構築することが、良い患者アウトカムをもたらすと期待された。効用値測定も開始され、本研究により患者との治療判断に有用な情報が得られた。
