Research Abstract

心臓病, 腎臓病, 糖尿病の患者さんにおいて血管壁が硬くなり、その硬い血管壁の成分の中にラミニンという線維状の物質が異常に増加していることが知られていたが、本研究ではそのラミニンの遺伝子を調節するたんぱく質を見出し検討した。
