Research Abstract	炎症性腸疾患の病因、病態において活性化T細胞が重要な役割をはたしている。インターロイキン(IL)-22は、比較的最近見いだされた活性化T 細胞に由来する炎症性サイトカインの一つである。本研究では、IL-22の生理作用についてヒト大腸筋線維芽細胞をもちいて検討するとともに、マウス大腸炎モデルを用いてin vivoにおけるIL-22の役割を明らかにした。
