Research Abstract

クローン病、潰瘍性大腸炎、対照大腸組織を用いて細胞間接着蛋白の免疫染色法における局在を検討した。細胞間接着蛋白に対する抗Rab13 抗体、抗VASP 抗体、抗リン酸化VASP 抗体、抗ZO-1 抗体を使用した。対照正常粘膜ではZO-1、VASP、Rab13 はタイトジャンクションに一致して染色されたが、クローン病ではZO-1、VASP、Rab13 ともに細胞質側への変位をみとめ、Rab13、ZO-1 は杯細胞内の粘液も染色された。潰瘍性大腸炎では変位は認められず、対照正常粘膜と同様に染色された。これらにより、クローン病において、細胞間接着蛋白であるRab13、VASP の変位はクローン病の腸管粘膜の透過性亢進に関与し、クローン病の病態に寄与していることが示唆された
