Research Abstract

マウスへの肝細胞と樹状細胞の融合細胞の投与により得られる自己免疫性肝炎モデルの免疫動態の解析を行い、肝炎を引き起こす自己反応性活性化T細胞は肝内でアポトーシスに陥るが、その頻度は外来抗原特異性T細胞に比し有意に低く、炎症によりさらに低下することが明らかとなった。また炎症により肝内に自己反応性T細胞がリクルートするが、それは肝細胞や類洞内皮細胞の補助分子、接着分子発現、ケモカイン、サイトカイン産生がTh1反応誘導性に変化することによることが明らかにされた。
