Research Abstract

マウスにおいてAQP11の欠損は、腎臓の近位尿細管上皮細胞に小胞体ストレスを惹起しその結果空胞形成を伴うアポトーシスが誘導されること、しかし皮膚深層の近位尿細管上皮細胞はこの変化は受けずにかえってmTOR情報伝達系の活性化による細胞増殖が亢進し蓑胞を形成することが判明した。
さらに、上記の変化にはprimary ciliaの直接の関与はないと考えられた。
