Research Abstract |
The role of a novel ER stress related gene, Stanicalcin2 (STC2) remain clear. To clarify the function of STC2 in vivo, we generated STC2 knock out mice. Deletion of STC2 rescuers osteomalasia in Klotho insufficiency, suggesting STC2 associated with bone metabolism.
