Research Abstract |
マウスのみならずヒトの骨髄間葉系幹細胞においても、さらには脂肪由来の骨髄間葉系幹細胞においても、転写因子Ad4BP/SF-1遺伝子を導入することによりステロイド産生細胞への誘導が確認された。また、Ad4BP/SF-1遺伝子導入により発現が誘導される遺伝子のなかで、その発現の抑制によりステロイド産生細胞への誘導が変化する遺伝子を少なくとも2つ同定した。残念ながらステロイド産生を誘導する可溶性因子の同定には成功しなかった。
