Research Abstract

小児白血病の初発時の骨髄から抗トロンボモジュリン抗体を用いて血管内皮細胞を単離し、マイクロアレイ法を用いて発現する遺伝子を測定し、発現パターンを解析した。このうち、骨髄血管内皮細胞におけるCD13、CD54、CD133の発現量をスコア化した。スコアの平均は0.94で、既知のリスク因子(リスク分類、染色体異常、FAB分類、治療反応性)とは相関関係はなく、最終確認時点での転帰との相関も認めなかった。
