Research Abstract

RSV感染によるSOCS1、SOCS3、CISの発現がJAK-STAT系の活性化を抑制し、感染初期の抗ウイルス作用から逃れるため、si-RNAによるSOCS1、SOCS3、CISの発現抑制が抗ウイルス効果を誘導すると考えられた。一方、マウス正常肺においてSOCS3は細気管支上皮でのみ発現していた。RSV感染により細気管支上皮でのSOCS3発現は減少し、一方で肺胞レベルでの発現誘導が観察された。以上の結果はRSVウイルスの感染初期の抗ウイルス効果からの回避機序、およびRSV感染下気道炎の病態を明らかにする一助となると思われる。
