| Research Abstract |
変異は重要な予後因子であった。MLL-PTDは11トリソミーや正常核型で多くみられ、小児でも予後不良であった。Nucleophosmin遺伝子の変異は成人では予後良好であるが、我々の検討では検出されず、小児例はまれと思われた。WTl遺伝子の異常は小児のAMLでは約8%にみられ、予後不良因子と思われた。小児AMLはこれらの遺伝子異常により予後が予測されると思われる。
