Research Abstract

本研究は、PTSDモデルラットであるSPS負荷ラットを用い、母子分離がPTSD症状に与える影響や病態形成に関する恐怖記憶の固定化及び消去の分子メカニズムを検討した。その結果、幼少期の不遇な養育環境が成熟後のPTSD症状を悪化させる可能性や、治療を阻害する可能性が明らかとなった。恐怖記憶の消去障害には、海馬NMDA受容体の関与やD-cycloserineの新規治療薬としての可能性が示唆された。また、恐怖記憶の固定化には、海馬BDNFのエピジェネティックな変化の関与も示唆された。
