Research Abstract

初発で未治療の統合失調者と性、年齢をマッチさせた健常対象者に対し聴覚オドボール課題による事象関連電位測定と頭部MRI 検査を行い、それぞれ更にLORETA 法およびSPM 法を用いて検討を行った。結果、統合失調症の発症時点において既に広範で、微細な大脳皮質容積の低下が有り、これが前頭葉-側頭葉-頭頂葉にかけてのP300 発生低下という脳機能低下、及び統合失調症の症状形成に大きく関与していると考えられた。
