Research Abstract

軽度認知障害(MCI)のうち早期にアルツハイマー病(AD)へ進行する患者群と進行しない患者群は、脳MRIによる海馬領域の萎縮、脳血流SPECTによる頭頂側頭葉の血流低下所見、記憶障害に対する病識の有無、記憶検査の学習効果の有無について明らかな相違がみられた。さらに、これら各検査成績を総合的に判定するとMCIのうち早期に進行する患者群としない患者群とはおよそ80%以上の識別率が得られ、MCIの予後予測やADの早期診断に役立つ成績と考えられた。
