| Research Abstract |
The third phase, we investigated 40 volunteers between August and April in 2007. I confirm current living conditions by hearing investigation with the telephone to physical conditions and their circumstances. The third phase investigation tested head MRI, the recognition test and asking questions was performed. I performed diagnosis by asking questions / a blood pressure measurement by Kada, Hashizume. In addition, Nakanishi performed the judgment evaluation of the cognitive test. We were able to go ahead through evaluation and the analysis of these inspections from September to March. In addition, the woman of the part-time job performed communication with the subject and care. We performed a follow-up interview with the telephone for a past subject continuously. As for the accurate number, there was the significant difference with the second on the Benton test, but there was significant difference between the second and the third with the false number. In addition, free recall, the total recall number were the third both, and there were significant differences in ECR, and Compaired with that of B group, a fall of recall and memorizing power of A group were recognized. The expansion of Sylvian fissure and the atrophy of the temporal lobe predicted the fall of the memory among views of the head MRI when I matched a result of ECR from last year with this Benton・test. I investigated the falling off reason by telephone hearing about 26 volunteers who became the nonparticipation for the third investigation. As a result, it was 12 people (46.4%) during the ill medical treatment, self-circumstances 5 (19.2%) , unknown new address lack of foresight 4 five death (19.2%) , poor physical condition (15.4%) . I analyze it with the accumulation of these data and am going to connect it in the next fiscal year.
