Research Abstract

2年目までの検討で膵癌では糖代謝亢進によりFDG(F18フルオロデオキシグルコース)の集積は強いがRI標識アミノ酸であるFAMT(F18αメチルタイロシン)の集積は弱いことがわかり、研究のターゲットを頭頚部腫瘍、肺癌に変更し、ポジトロンCT検査(PET検査)でのFAMT(F-18標識αメチルタイロシン)集積と悪性度や増殖能、LAT1(L型アミノ酸輸送担体)発現の関連に関する研究行った。頭頚部腫瘍では、FAMT-PET/CTにて良悪性の鑑別が可能であることがわかった。一方、肺癌症例を対象にした研究では、36例の肺癌でのLAT1、CD98、Li-67、VEGF、CD31、CD34を評価に加えた免疫組織学的検討で、LAT1、CD98、増殖能、血管新生の因子が、FAMTの集積と最も関連しており、FAMT集積の高い症例では、一般に悪性度が高く転移のリスクも高いことが示された。
