Research Abstract

虚血や薬剤などによる心筋障害を、I-123BMIPPダイナミックSPECT による脂肪酸代謝、FDG-PET による糖代謝、N-13 アンモニアPETによる心筋血流検査、遅延造影MRIによる心筋壊死・線維化の評価などを用いて総合的に検討した。LSO を使用したPET-CT装置は感度とカウントの直線性に優れ、短時間で正確な心筋血流と心筋代謝の計測が可能であった。MRI による梗塞心筋の組織性状に関する情報と核医学による血流・代謝の情報を組み合わせることにより、心筋障害の病態をより正確に評価できる。
