Research Abstract

冠動脈MRAと心筋パーフュージョンMRI定量解析による冠動脈疾患の総合的評価を行った。MRIによる心筋血流量(ml/min/g)はアンモニア心筋血流PET による結果とよく一致し、負荷心筋パーフュージョンMRI の有意冠動脈狭窄診断感度は89%、特異度は91%であった。冠動脈MRA は放射線被曝を伴わない非侵襲的な冠動脈評価を可能とし、その診断感度は92%、特異度は90%と高かった。冠動脈MRAと心筋パーフュージョンMRI を実施することは、冠動脈病変の鋭敏な検出と、虚血の有無に基づく的確な冠動脈インターベンションの適応決定に役立つ。
