| Research Abstract |
アルツハイマー型認知症の前駆段階である認知症状の未だみられない健忘型の軽度認知障害患者における早期画像診断法をMRI と脳血流SPECT を用いて確立した。健常高齢者においてMRI と脳血流SPECT を撮像し、解剖学的標準化と平滑化により健常者画像データベースを構築した。このデータベースを用いて、個々の患者においてアルツハイマー型認知症に特異的な脳萎縮部位と脳血流低下部位を検出したところ、両者の組み合わせにより90%以上の診断率が得られた。
