Research Abstract

MD-CTでは、動脈系、門脈系、静脈系や各臓器をそれぞれ高精細三次元画像として作成した。PETのデータは病変の集積部の三次元画像の作成を行った。さらにMRCPで胆道膵管の三次元画像の作成を行い、これら画像をそれぞれ融合させて三次元的に表示することができた。すべての画像情報の表示が可能となり、ナビゲーションやシミュレーション画像としての使用がある程度可能であった。また3T MRIのデータでの三次元画像作成へも取り組んだ。最終的にこれらの画像をworkstation上で角度や方向を変えて表示し、病変部と周囲との関係を三次元的に最も詳細に表示可能な位置で、viewer表示することも可能となった。
