Research Abstract

実験動物肝内に直径20-30μmのイットリウム微小球を経カテーテル的に注入し、肝内分布および他臓器への逸脱を評価し、血液学的な評価も同時に行い安全性も検討した。また小径微小球として、15-20μmの微小球を用いた検討でも、同様の評価を行った。
