Research Abstract

呼吸停止下の放射線治療では、呼吸停止時の胸腹壁の位置情報を被験者/患者自身にフィードバックする(visual feedback法)ことにより、息止めの位置の再現性が高まることを明らかとした。
その研究結果を応用し、visual feedback法による呼吸同期放射線治療専用のソフトウェアおよびシステムを開発した。このシステムにより自発的な息止めによっておこなう呼吸同期照射法を簡便かつ正確に実施できると考えられた。
