Research Abstract |
高精度のガラス線量計およびミニチュアTLD線量計を基準照射により選択した。モンテカルロ計算によるTr-192線源の再現を行った。骨盤部組織内照射66人生004か所のガラス線量計による測定の結果、計算装置の計算値に対して9節+-2節であり、直腸壁では99%+-20凱尿道では96%+-26%、ターゲットでは91‰+-節、外燈皮膚では125%+-32%という結果を得た。これらから、直腸、尿道というリスク臓器は、ターゲットやアプリケータと独立した勤きが原国で約20%のばらつきが生じることを明らかにした。ターゲットの計算線量はばらつきが8%と少ないものの、一節というずれは市販計画装置に不均質補正が組み込まれていないことが原因であることを明らかにした。これらは国際詰、国際学会で発表した。乳房組織内照射での再発匪検証への応用を全国規模で施行するため、他施設共同臨床試験のプロトコールを本年2月光威し、4施設(埼玉医科大学、川崎医科大学、大阪医療センター、会津中央病院)の参加を得て実施中である。
