Research Abstract

超音波蛍光変調検出法の実用化を目的として、模擬生体における有用性の評価並びに装置の最適化を進めた。模擬生体、食肉を用いた検討である程度の深度にある蛍光色素の検出に成功し、我々が開発した蛍光断層画像計測装置を生体に応用すべく素子をリニアアレイ化したプロ-ブを用い、模擬生体の20-30mmの深さにある蛍光色素を検出することに成功した。この結果から、生体においても従来の検出法を上回る深度の蛍光色素を検出できる可能性が強く示唆された。リニアアレイ型トランスデュ-サの各素子への信号の位相制御による集束化および走査の検討を行い液体散乱媒質中に蛍光体検出にも成功した。以上により装置開発における新たな課題が出てきたが、本研究は実用化に向けて着実に前進した。
