Research Abstract |
本研究は白血病細胞の新規分化誘導剤が固形癌細胞への増殖抑制効果を発揮する可能性があること、およびその分子的基盤を明らかにし、新しい作用機序による固形癌の治療法を確立することを目的とした。 その結果、我々が新たに見出した分化誘導剤 cotylenin A はrapamycinと相乗的にヒト乳癌細胞の増殖を顕著に抑制することを見出した。 また、この作用機序には、サイクリンG2 が関与していることを見出した。
